Have you ever wanted to know how to keep high performing clinicians that help you grow your business and drive more patients?

In today’s fiercely competitive marketplace your clinicians have to engage with your business. It's no longer okay to just have a good clinician who is good at their craft. They have to provide a great patient experience AND help grow your business.

But how do you keep high performing clinicians that help you grow your clinic?  Today's interview is with a high performing clinician, Dr. Salim Mana. He’s the type of high performing clinician that you want on your team. Listen to what he is looking for in a clinic and what would motivate him to stay.

In this interview, you'll learn:

  • The two primary drivers of a high performer. Harness this and they’ll love working with you and never leave.
  • The key factors this breed of clinicians look for when choosing where they work.
  • How to find great clinicians when there are shortages (knowing this will give you a huge edge over your competitors).
  • The #1 challenge they have when transitioning from school to private practice so you can make the transition easier (most don’t tell you this).

We're racking up a great collection of clinic owner interviews that all have the potential to completely transform your practice.

Quite interestingly, one of the most recommended business books mentioned by clinic owners so far is The E-Myth by Micheal Gerber. If you've never read that book, Gerber talks a lot about working ON your business, not just IN your business. And putting systems and processes in place that can help automate the majority of things and make things easier for you to make more money in less time.

Many top entrepreneurs speak about the same principles in business. And today we've got one clinic owner who has used these principles to grow out of clinical practice, selling a multichain of clinics, and now travels the world as a business coach and consultant for healthcare business owners.

Meet Paul Wright. Australian-based physiotherapist, turned successful entrepreneur, business consultant, speaker and educator. In this interview, Paul shares some of his secrets on how you too can work on your business, design your business freedom blueprint, and live more of the life you want to live.

Here's what we cover:

  • Learn Paul's journey of opening 10 clinics

8 Morning Rituals That Help Me Win My Day

Posted by Rick Lau on Jun 29, 2016 4:51:26 PM

You’d have to agree that life (and business) can get very busy, right?

And busy is often an understatement. At times, it can all be overwhelming.

But let me ask you a question. Do you wake up and do this:

  • Check your email and social media
  • Prepare breakfast and drive your kids to school
  • Rush off to go to work

How much time do you actually have to yourself in the morning?

Chances are you could be running around in circles as soon as your feet hit the floor and beyond that the day just seems like a blur.

I totally understand. In fact, I used to start my day a dysfunctional mess, too. But over the past few years, I’ve completely altered my routine and it has empowered and changed my life significantly.

Just like an athlete prepares and train themselves for the big Olympic event. What you do before the day starts sets you up to win (or lose). So how are you starting your day right now?

Today I want to share:

  • A sneak peek inside the hustle and bustle of my life
  • How to switch mindsets and alter your routine
  • Keys to achieving increased productivity
  • 8 (proven) morning rituals that have transformed my daily accomplishments

These tips have worked for me (and other entrepreneurs) and I hope they work for you!
